In fact, Ace recently provided consultation services through Keyser Marston on behalf of the San Diego Housing Commission for the Smart Corner Project. The developer’s parking operator, Five Star Parking, recommended parking configurations that potentially made the project financially unfeasible. Ace Parking and Keyser Marston developed an entirely new configuration that greatly increased the efficiency and reduced the required number of residential control gates from nine to one. The net result was more parking stalls for the same area; better traffic flows and better separation between commercial and residential parking areas as well as a project that now meets its financial and operational requirements.
