Cruise rates are: $17 per calendar day for regular vehicles and $20 per calendar day for oversized vehicles. Please click here for a listing of oversized vehicles. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash. Reservations are required.
**We are full for November 25th and we are closed for reservations for that date.**
Cruise rates are applicable for 7+ day cruises. Booking for 2014 Cruise Reservations will be available on December 2, 2013.

Question: When do you charge our credit card for payment?
Answer: We will charge your credit card the day you come to the garage.
Question: Concerning your rates, what do you mean by per calendar date?
Answer: Our cruise parking rates expire at midnight. The number of days is reflected on how many days on a calendar your vehicle stays in our facility.
Question: What is your cancellation policy for cruise parking reservations?
Answer: Customer may cancel a confirmed reservation two (2) weeks prior sailing date by a written notice to 555 Montgomery Street, Suite 1150, San Francisco, CA 94111 or an email to Priscilla_Yip@aceparking.com. If cancelled within two (2) weeks prior sailing date a $40.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
Question: What do I need the day of my cruise?
Answer: You will need your confirmation letter, map, and payment method. For Anchorage Garage, please follow the garage directions, located on the map.
Question: Do you offer shuttle a service? What do we do about our luggage?
Answer: We currently do not offer a shuttle service. Prior to coming to the garage, we suggest to our customers to drop off guests and luggage at the cruise terminal.
Question: What time should I arrive at your facility?
Answer: You may arrive at any time you wish. However, we do suggest that you arrive one hour prior to your Cruise check-in time. This will help account for traffic, walking times, etc.
Question: What are your Hours of Operation?
Answer: Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 9:00 pm | Weekends: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
