During the first year Ace took over managing parking operations for Key Tower, revenues increased by 19% -- nearly a quarter million dollars per year!

Operationally, we repositioned and increased directional signage, which resulted in greatly improved traffic flow and far fewer confused customers. Maintenance and cleaning was improved without increasing costs.
