Over ten years ago, The Irvine Company awarded Ace Parking a contract to manage approximately 9,400 parking stalls. This award was the result of a competitive bid process and our selection was made on the basis of both economics and service. In both of these areas, Ace Parking has excelled. Based upon their successful performance, our contract with them has been renewed and expanded to include 18 locations with a total of over 18,000 stalls at the current time.

The Irvine Company's prime emphasis is customer service and public relations. In this area, Ace Parking has exceeded our expectations. Ace's personnel are always available to meet with any of our customers in order to discuss their parking needs or concerns. Their executives and management staff are always visible and respond quickly to any request.

Ace Parking has been proactive in responding to changes in the market place. Ace has been responsible for the installation of our highly sophisticated, computerized, parking control system. They have been aggressive in making operational changes to control our expenses without decreasing service. Ace has made recommendations for substantial profit improvements by bringing forward new ideas to increase revenues.

In conclusion, we highly recommend Ace Parking as a parking operator and would encourage other owners to contract with them.
